Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Lenora: Daily Tarot (the "App"), provided by 617SW, LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
2. Entertainment and Reflection Only
Lenora is a creative entertainment and self-reflection experience. Cards and generated readings do not predict the future, establish facts, guarantee outcomes, or replace your judgment. Do not rely on the App for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, emergency, relationship, employment, or other consequential decisions.
3. AI-Generated Content
Readings may be generated with artificial intelligence. AI content can be incomplete, repetitive, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether any reflection is meaningful and for independently verifying information before acting.
4. Subscriptions and Reading Packs
Paid access may include a free trial for eligible users, recurring subscription benefits, included daily readings, and optional one-time reading packs. The exact price, billing period, trial, and included features shown on the App Store purchase screen control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your Apple account settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.
5. Responsible Use
You may not misuse the App, attempt to bypass allowances or security controls, access another person's readings, submit unlawful or abusive content, reverse engineer protected services, or interfere with the App or its providers. If a reading causes distress, stop using the App and seek appropriate support from a trusted person or qualified professional.
6. License and Ownership
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. The App's software, artwork, branding, card designs, and original text remain owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights you have in questions and journal entries you submit and give us permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and support the App.
7. Availability and Changes
Network services, AI generation, Apple services, and third-party providers may be unavailable or change. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, while honoring applicable consumer law and App Store requirements.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. 617SW, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, or actions taken in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Ending App access does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; cancellation must be completed in Apple account settings.
