Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Remote for Samsung Smart TVs (the "App"), provided by 617SW, LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's applicable media-services terms.
2. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. Use the App only with TVs and networks you own or are authorized to control, and comply with all applicable laws and network rules.
3. Compatibility and Independence
The App is designed for compatible Samsung Tizen TVs, but compatibility and available features can vary by TV model, software version, regional settings, network configuration, and manufacturer changes. The App is independently developed by 617SW, LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung Electronics. Samsung and Tizen are trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Plus Subscriptions and Free Trials
Certain App features require a Plus subscription. Pricing, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before you purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial; after the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted by law.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to address security, compatibility, or service changes. We do not guarantee that the App or any feature will always be available or work with every device.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 617SW, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes and Contact
