Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SpiritBox (the "App"), provided by 617SW, LLC("617SW," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment, audio experimentation, and atmospheric play.
3. Apple Standard EULA
Unless we provide a separate custom license in App Store Connect, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.
4. Entertainment Only
SpiritBox is for entertainment, experimentation, and atmosphere. Responses, logs, evidence entries, saved clips, generated voice fragments, sensor readings, haunted-site directory content, and any other app output are creative audio artifacts. They are not proof of paranormal activity, a real person, a safety issue, a medical condition, or an emergency.
5. Responsible Use
You are responsible for using the App lawfully and safely. Only use the App where you are legally allowed to be. Follow local laws, posted rules, closures, property restrictions, and platform requirements. Do not trespass, enter unsafe areas, harass others, or use the App to make safety, medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
6. Audio, Sensors, and Accuracy
The App simulates radio-sweep behavior, static, station changes, synthesized speech, and environmental effects. Short words and noisy audio can be misheard, and output may be incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental, or affected by expectation, device settings, permissions, background noise, sensor limitations, and operating system behavior.
7. Data, Recordings, and Sharing
You are responsible for your app data, recordings, saved evidence entries, exports, screenshots, and sharing choices, including keeping backups where needed, controlling access to your device, and deleting information you no longer want.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions, device limitations, permission limitations, operating system changes, third-party service failures, app store changes, or data loss.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 617SW, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, device issues, incorrect output, missed warnings, emotional distress, trespass, injury, or actions you take based on the App.
11. Changes and Contact
