1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how 617SW, LLC("617SW," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in VioraDose, a personal GLP-1 tracking app.

2. Information You May Store in the App

VioraDose lets you record medication schedules, dose logs, injection sites, pill logs, side effects, hunger, notes, weight, BMI-related details, calories, protein, water, steps, supplements, reminders, goals, and optional notes to share with your clinician.

This information is used to show your logs, reminders, charts, calendar, progress summaries, and exports inside the app.

3. Apple Health

If you grant permission, VioraDose can read supported Apple Health data such as weight, calories, protein, water, and steps. Apple Health access is optional and controlled by iOS. You can change Health permissions in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

VioraDose uses Apple Health data to prefill logs and charts. If you manually edit or save a value in VioraDose, the app may show that saved value as part of your tracking history. Do not rely on VioraDose as the source of truth for medical decisions.

4. Notifications, Face ID, and Device Features

• VioraDose can schedule local reminders for doses, water, supplements, and missed-log checks when you enable notifications.
• Notification privacy controls can use more generic reminder text on the lock screen.
• If you enable Face ID or passcode lock, authentication is handled by Apple on your device. We do not receive or store biometric data.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

VioraDose may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We may use RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure to validate entitlement status, manage restore purchases, and understand subscription state. These services may process purchase identifiers, app instance identifiers, product IDs, device/app metadata, and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

6. Savings and Manufacturer Links

VioraDose may display public savings or access links for medications. This information may be loaded from a 617SW-hosted endpoint. Verify all savings, eligibility, and terms directly with the drug manufacturer, pharmacy, insurer, or official program page.

7. Sharing and Exports

If you choose to share notes, JSON, screenshots, or other exports, iOS may present share options such as Messages, Mail, Files, or other apps installed on your device. You control what you share and who receives it. Once shared outside VioraDose, that information is handled by the receiving app or person.

8. Support Requests

If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, message contents, and any details you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive medical information in support emails unless necessary for your request.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers that help operate the app, website, email, or subscriptions;
• With Apple and app-store infrastructure for purchases and app distribution;
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or fraud prevention;
• With a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

10. Retention, Deletion, and Security

VioraDose includes controls to delete app data from the app for reset or privacy purposes. Some purchase records may remain with Apple, RevenueCat, or other payment infrastructure as required to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no app, device, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Children

VioraDose is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app for a child unless you are legally authorized and doing so under appropriate medical guidance.
