Need help with a reading, subscription, restore, Sign in with Apple, or a reading pack? Use our contact form and include the support code shown in the App, if one appears. Do not include private tarot questions unless they are necessary to explain the problem.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in the App when an active subscription is missing. Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refund requests are handled through Apple.
Daily reading allowance
Lenora Plus includes a daily single-card AI reading and a daily three-card AI spread. Optional reading packs provide additional readings or follow-ups after included allowances are used.
Delete reading data
Open Settings in the App and use the delete-data control. This removes stored reading content but does not cancel an Apple subscription.
