No Remote for LG account

Remote for LG does not create a user account. Television details, pairing information, room names, favourites, and app preferences remain on your phone.

Delete data stored on your phone

You can remove local app data at any time:

• Delete Remote for LG from your phone; or
• On Android, open Settings → Apps → Remote for LG → Storage → Clear storage.

Request deletion of subscription-service data

1. Open the 617SW contact form.
2. Write “Remote for LG data deletion” in your message.
3. Include your purchase platform and, if available, the Google Play order number or Apple purchase reference so we can locate the correct anonymous subscription record.

We will delete the matching RevenueCat customer record and confirm completion. We may retain a minimal record of the request where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Apple and Google separately control store payment, order, refund, and subscription records under their own policies.

Cancel a subscription

Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before the next renewal date.
